Driving on a combination of roads for 600 average miles
This is an initial review having just fitted them (15th November in Scotland). The temperatures have just dropped below 7 deg C and there's been heavy rain and local flooding. The tires handle very well in standing water and give a lot of confidence. Swapping to these from Continental Sport Contact 7's has been interesting as they are a lot more comfortable both in terms of cabin noise and feedback from the road. In terms of dry handling etc it's a bit difficult to tell as the Quattro drivetrain would probably make a budget tire look decent, however they feel great on the windy stuff, no issues there at all. Alternating between spirited driving on country roads and monthly drives down the M74/M6 to England I was expecting to see a large increase in fuel consumption (previous experience with winter tires) however on the 600 mile drive down south I averaged 34 mpg* which was much the same as with the Conti's. Even better was that the road noise was much, much less which surprised me as they weren't rated very highly for that in the test. I'll be updating this after we get some snow. * cruise control 7x mph, all the way!

Driving on mostly town for 5000 average miles
The tires perform great. Just drove 1000km on them with the sport car. A combination of 50/50 motorway and regional roads. So far the tires kept up to their promise. In the dry they perform as expected. Very stable and calm even the feel on the steering wheel is nice considering it is a winter tire. I had the chance to drive them through a snowstorm on the motorway and regional roads and they performed better than I thought they would. I tested once driving on motorway 120km/h with 30cm snow and the was very stable, very impressive. I didn't use them much to say anything about the wear. In 5 years drove 5k miles and they still look well. Overall I think that they are tires worth buying.

Drive an audi a6 3.2 v6 ,bought the tires from black circle but see cheaper online. Recently had them on a honda civic r type which I sold this being the reason I put them on my audi .Definitely recommend

Driving on a combination of roads for 28000 spirited miles
I've had those on my Audi quattro and they put a smile on my face every time , the Grip is impressive on both surfaces wet and dry , they are really good until they worn out and it happened so quick , it's worth to mention I'm an aggressive driver and I live in U.A.E where it's mostly sunny .
I've done about 44000 km on them and then I had to replace them and I did it with a cheaper set of Chinese tires the difference was distinctly clear and I felt like I lost some of my car bhp due to the huge gap in the grip between both .Conclusion : if you are looking for performance regardless of money and comfort then go for them otherwise you should probably think of something else.
