Given 69% while driving a Mercedes Benz E Class (245/45 R17 W) on mostly country roads for 3,500 spirited miles
The shop that fitted the tires suggested 5000 km rotations. I overlooked this and have now rotated at approximately 6000km. Based on what I see, keeping in mind that I did not measure the tread, I may be able to squeeze 13-15000km. I have to say, somewhat disappointing. Tires are manufactured in Thailand, so maybe an issue with compounds. I paid $250 AUD, but have noticed these tires are now being discounted. I drive the car in rural NSW Australia and have driven on some horrendous gravel/dirt roads, so to the tires credit no issues regarding punctures. The Merc can get along, but it is no M3. I imagine these tires, on something with real horsepower, could become an expensive hobby. Not again.

Given 83% while driving a Opel Vectra C GTS (225/45 R17 W) on a combination of roads for 16,000 average miles
Grip is great, both dry and wet. Feedback is excellent, the car feels precise and responsive, but not too brisk. Comfort and noise are better than expected. Wear, on the other side, has been somewhat disappointing for a Michelin tire.

Given 80% while driving a Mercedes Benz C63 AMG (265/35 R19 W) on a combination of roads for 31,000 spirited miles
Rear tires on a C63AMG can be reduced to nothing in very short order. That said, if you keep an eye on fuel consumption and don't drive like its stolen every day, you can get plenty from the rears. I like to 'push-on' wherever and whenever possible - Early Sunday AM blasts, etc. Yet managed to get 31,000miles from the rears, which I am told is pretty good. That is of course if you do not pick up nails/screws - which I have done twice on the fronts.... £1000 in front axle tires in 9 months thanks to UK roads PLC and the lack of road sweeping/cleaning.. A German friend of mine states there would be a revolt in Germany if this were to happen.
Mich Pilot Super Sport M01 - standard factory fit on the 2016 C63 - simply amazing tires in my view, good wear, great grip (wet and dry/summer & winter) confidence inspiring with good, even, wear characteristics. Bit on the noisy side though, but what can one expect from a performance estate car? Pricey ? yes. Too pricey when you consider that cannot be puncture repaired. Availability... currently having to wait two weeks for a set, not readily available it seems.

Given 69% while driving a Vauxhall Insignia 2.0 CDTi SE sport (225/45 R17) on a combination of roads for 6,000 spirited miles
Bought these to replace Uniroyal RS 3 tires (the RS 3 are great but 1 look very odd on the vehicle see the review one side looks back to front and 2 wear wearing quickly just managed to get 12 moths out of them and only 10K miles) - These tires feel marginally sharper in the corners and well designed... However the wear rate is unbelievable I put these on in July this year 2017 and by now November 2017 they are down to the wear marker after on 6K miles - at £175 each I was expecting a bit more life - going to try conti PS 6 now... these tires whilst feeling good on the car, wear faster than my bank balance can stand!

Given 58% while driving a BMW 135i (225/45 R18 W) on a combination of roads for 1,200 spirited miles
Having run on PSS for last 2 years, I was looking for a better all round tire as I found that in the wet the PSS would struggle for grip near the limit. Having read reviews on the PS4 having improved wet grip, I thought I would try them. 2 months in and I can state that whilst they are a very competent tire, they are not a performance tire in comparison to the PSS. At high speed I can only describe them as unstable where the car starts to weave, mainly after lifting off. They do not inspire confidence on roads with even the slightest of camber which most A and B roads have. Overall, for the majority will find the PS4 a very good tire for all conditions with good levels of grip. But for driving at 8/9 tenths, I'll be reverting back to the PSS.

Given 93% while driving a Skoda Octavia vRS (225/45 R17) on a combination of roads for 200 average miles
Spent a day researching tire's and came up with 4 options to replace our Michelin Pilot sport 3's which were Goodyear F1 Asymmetric 3's, Pirelli P Zero's Bridgestone RE003 and Michelin Pilot sport 4's. After many phone calls to dealers of tire's and weighing up New Zealand's varying and at times terrible road surfaces we decided to stick with the new Michelin 4s and give them ago (second choice was the P Zero's and 3rd equal were the 003's and F1 A3's.) A big decider was the price as Michelin was running a buy 1 get second half price so we paid NZ$1200 for 4 tires's fitted on the car (1 tire cost's NZ$468 for a 225/40/18) and also feedback on this forum put the new MPS4's above the P Zero's.
First thing we notice is the quietness of the new MPS 4's and how well they ride over our rough course chip. We went into the back roads up behind Orewa and put them through our beautiful cambered roads and the car was totally planted and had total confidence we were going to take the corner at speed even with the tire's not been run in yet, we could of kept driving all day we were having so much fun. Will update once the car has done 7000- 10000kms. But first impressions very happy with our new MSP 4's!

Given 93% while driving a Lexus IS250SE (225/45 R17 W) on mostly town for 4,101 average miles
Previous model was Bridgestone Potenza S001 (Made in Japan). Switched to Michelin Pilot Sport 4 (Made in Thailand). Used for 6600 KM (4101 Miles). Grip similar, noise similar, handling similar, noise S001 more noiser and wear rate S001 faster.

(225/45 R17) on for 0 miles
Car feels light on its feet and really agile. Very aggressive turn in and point n turn even when applying the brakes entering a corner. Stopping distance wet and dry superb. Could be a bit better mid corner when it feels a bit soft under heavy load and responds a bit slower. Good fuel consumption. Stable on high speeds.

Given 87% while driving a Toyota Camry (215/55 R17) on mostly motorways for 1,000 spirited miles
Recently, the time had come to change my PS3 as they had worn down to about the tread wear indicator. Got around 55,000KM on the set. Perhaps could have got a few more '000 KM out of them, but I drive long distance weekly and realize there are better ways to stretch my money. Anyway, my replacement set is the PS4 and I've since driven around 1000KM on them. Mileage is mostly on NSE highway and I auto cruise at around 130KMH. Initially after replacement, I felt there was slightly more grip around corners and better control. However, fuel consumption reading dropped around 5% from the 12.5KM/L I was seeing before the change. Recently, the reading is back to same as before. So my theory is that the tire performs differently when being broken in (and opinions of new tires which are written after brief tests should be read with much skepticism). Cabin noise is slightly less, but could be due to this being a new set of tires. My old PS3 performed well in the dry and wet, and am expecting the same with the PS4 - will update this review in the future if I find it is not the case. I drive fairly aggressively with my 2.5L Camry and would not hesitate to recommend the PS4 tires to anyone with a similar driving style.
