The RS6 is beast of a car with huge power and tons of grip with its Quattro chassis. So as you can imagine it eats tires for breakfast not helped with my style of driving which is foot flat down any opportunity I get. In the dry these tires have lots of grip due to the softer compund and in the wet these tires are decent. They quite prgreesive on the limit too and feel good. I also find them quite comfortable and give good road feedback. They lasted well from the ammount of abuse they got and are on par with the Michellin PS2. I would recommend them but may try some other premium brands just becuase I fancy a change and like to see what else is out there.

This is a high powered saloon with an awesome chasis that offer high levels of grip anyhow. I have run Michellin PS2 and they are an awesome tire on par with these Continentals. Dry and wet Grip are pretty much the best you can get and they hold the road really well. I am happy with the 25k wear I got out of these tires too. Would definately buy these tires again.

Got these to replace the standard fit RE050A and they are very good tires and handle beautifully. Excellent feel in the dry and wet and their party piece is cornering in the wet as they are amazing and they shift standing water really well. They have lasted well too about 25-30k is good.

Pushing 300bhp + your going to need a tire that grips well in all conditions and this tire is awesome. I would compare these tires to Michellin PS2 in many ways as they are very similar in terms of dry and wet grip but I must say the CSC3 are more comfortable and last a little longer this may have something to do with the PS2 being approx. 6mm when new and the contis 8mm. My driving style is spirited in and around town and esp. on country roads where the M3 comes into its own and yes I have had a few scary moments but hmmmmm that was more down to me and my excitable right foot then the tires.

Since a friend recommended me for these tires and i am running a german motor I felt a set of german tires on a german motor would suit it best. I do a combination of in and around town and motorway and do a twice monthly 200m mile+ journey to london and back using mainly A roads and motorways. In the dry these tires hold the road well and offer excellent grip dry braking is good too. In the wet they are very good and I am always assured they will stop and handle well and have never let me down. I must admit these tires corner very well and I have hit a few deep standing parts of water on the motorway and they have never aquaplaned which was a surprise at first but now im used to it. And they have lasted 30k so im off to get another set. Very highly recommended tires esp if they are a standard sized fit,(not if you stick a set of 19's on a car that normally runs 17's and then complain when the tires dont last more than 10k due to the offset etc all being wrong like a few threads I have read ont he net).

These were alreday fitted to my car when I purchased it.
The dry grip is very good as would be expected but wet grip was poor and likely to aquaplane at relatively slow speeds.
Wear rate is bad,I suppose this is a trade off for dry grip.
Unfortunately i will not buy again

These tires are superb I have had them on my TT pushing 225bhp for 2 years and I have got 25k out of them and they are down to 2mm now. The dry grip is awesome and the wet grip is even better these tires are so progressive its unreal too. No signs of aquaplaning anywhere even when im hitting well over 100 mph and its raining like cats and dogs. I think these are better then the Micehllin PS2 which I had previously they lasted longer and are smoother and not such a hard drive.

I can't quite pot my finger on it but I just never really got on with these Tires. I think it might be the fact that on previous cars I've run Goodyear eagle F1 GSD3s.

Got these tires 6000 miles ago after my Continental Contact Sport 2's needed replaced.
Rounded shoulder on the Conti Sport 3 makes them look more worn than they actually are, grip in the wet is poor and the front can understeer quite badly. Dry grip is good. The life of these tires is very very poor.

I have not ben drivign with these tires for very long. However, they are very impressive tires, if not a little soft and quick to wear. I'm down to 3 to 4 mm after 5000 miles. Wet and dry grip is great, which is partly due to the softer compound of the rubber. They can be a touch noisy but nothing I can't live with. I'd consider them again for my next set but with other tires around for the same money or cheaper that will last longer and grip just as well, I'm not sure I'd go with these again.

This came as standard fit on the alloys when I bought the car from new. For grip this is an awesome tire. Really holds the road well - like no other tire I have used before.
The biggest let down is how quickly it wears and the price to purchase it new. I often like to match the tires fitted by the manufacturer when replacing my tires but given the cost (around ?120 per tire) and how quickly this wears, I thinking of trying Uniroyal Rainsport 2's next (?84 a tire fitted from www.tiretraders.com)
