Continental Cross Contact AT Owner Reviews
Review this tireWhat owners say summarised from 12 reviews
The Continental Cross Contact AT attracts most praise for tread life and mixed-road use, with six and five favorable comments respectively across 12 reviews from 11 owners. Overall feedback averages 66.4%, with seven positive, three neutral and two negative reviews. Several mid-life and end-of-life accounts describe long service, but one repeat owner remains dissatisfied with wear and off-road durability in both reviews. Off-road ability is generally liked for gravel and lighter use, rather than consistently demanding terrain. Noise and damage resistance are divided, and two comments describe weaker snow traction than another all-terrain tire. Individual mileage reports do not establish a typical lifespan.

I recommend them over the UHP (General Grabber TR) which I had before, as a better all round all season tire. For sure, slightly noisier and slightly lower (about 1-2mpg) than the TR, but the TR is 70% road biased. There's always a trade off, and this is one I'm happy with. I average 29.5-33.7 mpg depending on traffic and terrain.
