I have just put these on going into autumn and having experienced a lot of wet days i can say they are fantastic in the wet. In standing water they seem to disperse the water superbly thus reducing the tendency to aquaplane. When they let go it's not dramatic and they are very predictable. Not sure what they are like in freezing conditions but i guess any tire would need more care then. I can definitely say that these are a very good bet for the winter months. In the dry they whoosh a bit on cornering with a bit of squealing thrown in too. Paid ?90 per corner fitted so a veritable bargain. Deffo recommend to anyone wanting high quality low cost tire.

Decent tire which offered excellent value for money but slowly it is starting to get more and more expensive which for me loses certain appeal. For 15 pounds more the Eagle F1A can be purchased which is a much better tire. So as a mid range tire it is excellent but now it is knocking on ther door of premium brands I dont think it is as good anymore. However good dry grip with excellent level of wet grip even though the assymetric pattern is odd.

Very good tire and bought on a whim when a tire website had them at the same price as the Toyo T1-R. Only thing which has disappointed me is the wear rate. I drive a powerful FWD car and they were on the front but they have only lasted about 6000 miles, however there was a little track work included in that. Would buy again, but only if as cheap as Toyos. I have had better wear from Toyos.

Took a punt and went for these on my RX-8 231PS after 3 sets of Bridgestone RE040 and a set of Bridgestone RE050A. Superb tire in all conditions and outperforms the stock RE040s by miles. Marginal performance over RE050A, though generally better in the wet and cold weather. Still got stuck in the 2009/2010 snow though ;-)
Super price too (though 'the market' seems to have caught up since and they're not such a bargain vs Bridgestones)

I've had them fitted on my 2002 M3. When I was looking for a tires I didnt even heard about Vredestein before, but after reading tones of reviews I've decided to give it a shoot (they've had a better score than Michelin Pilot Sport 2). I wasn't disappointerd at all. In fact they are the best tires I've ever had, and much cheaper than PS2. Grip, handling and comfort is just incredible. I've done only 4k miles on them before I've sold the car, so I can't say much about wear - as long as I've had them they were perfect. I would deffinetely go for them again, and I will when my baby will grow up and I'll buy a sports car again.

These are really impressionant tires with excelent grip in both dry and wet conditions.
I like them too because of progression and feedback. Even the road noise is good (low).
The thread os wearing evenly and I didn't have problemas like the ones withr Goodyear Eagle F1 witch became warped.
The bad points of this tire? Only one: the wear rate isn't great but it's OK for a tire of this grade (ultra high performance)

So far I have only driven on these for close to 3k miles. But am really impressed with these. The grip is excellent in both dry and wet conditions.
The car came with Bridgestone Potenza RE050A fitted. I was never really comfortable with these for grip and also found they tramlined (This is also greatly improved with the Vredesteins). Only a few more K-miles will see if they are good in terms of wear.

Rear tires were bald in 10k miles of mature yet fast motoring. Fronts lasting well, probably twice as long. This makes me sound like an aggressive chavvy wheelspin fan, but I'm not.
I have the ASC on all the time. It could be due to tire pressure, as I found they leak a lot on my Alpina/BBS rims, I chekc the pressure fortnightly. Car is a 99 3.3 E46 Alpina B3 saloon.

Dry and wet grip is excellent, plenty of progression and warning. Feedback and feel are fine. Copes very well with standing water. Noise is good. A very significant upgrade to Goodyear NCT5 RFT I used previously. Wear is consistent across the tread. Only downsides are wear rate which I would class as poor-medium, as it has only lasted 11k miles before they need to be changed, this is mitigated by the fact they're much cheaper, about 55% of the RFT. Also grip is awful in snow, but that has been the case for any decent summer tire.

Amazing, fantastic wet grip and dry grip, with my car I used to have the Continental, but these are far better.

The 95Y tires have good sidewall support and seem to create an extra damping effect thereby improving ride. The car is more "pointy" after the soggy sided Toyos. I still have pimples left on the tires after 2000 miles so good for wear, I think. Grip is solid no matter what the weather. No squeeling. They are excellent value and look amazing. The only problem is availability. If you decide to get them, order in advance.
