I wanted cheap winter tires for a season or 2 because I planned to buy all seasons once the summer tires were done. However, Nankang tires performed very well overall and I decided to buy another set of summer tires and keep swapping them out. They have lasted 2 winter seasons, now onto their 3rd. Wear is around halfway there. They are noticeably loud but to someone that doesn't pay too much attention to that, they won't care. Grip in the wet is very good, not great, still have to be careful sometimes especially while going into roundabouts or when taking off quickly.. Snow grip very good, had no trouble although haven't seen too much snow in the last couple of years. Also driven with them through half a summer season, they did their job then aswell.
Overall, a very solid, relatively cheap tire. Very good price price to performance ratio. Would reccomend to someone that doesn't speed often however. Tires are great as long as you drive normally by the speed limits, once you start pushing the pedal too much the drop in performance is noticeable, especially in slippery conditions.

Best budget tires you can get. Best value for money. 50€/piece in my country. Impressive performance on snow, mud and in the wet.

Needed a set of winter tires but didn't want to pay premium cost so did some research into the next best and decided on the SV3, it was hard to find reviews on larger tire sizes as most are 15" to 18"
Since having these fitted they have more than exceeded expectation as on my previous car I used Pirelli Slottozero's. For a quite high powered SUV (400 bhp and a lead filled foot) they handle and grip very well in rain and snow. The wear rate is also quite low for the miles I've covered probably as temperatures are constantly below 6 degrees.
The SV3 is also a comfortable ride compared to the usual BMW manufacturer recommended "runflats".
