got them on a 300+ bhp impreza, great in the dry, get to throw the car around (on track days of course) in thw et they do loose grip when playing but you know when its going so just let off,
done 14k on the set and about to get another set as just about to hit the limit,

Given 81% while driving a Skoda Fabia vRS (225/45 R17) on mostly motorways for 9,000 spirited miles
Spot on for the money two fitted at £90 can't grumble..Just got 9000 miles out of the last ones on my Fabia VRS with roughly another 1000 miles left.. Have thrown the car about in dry and wet conditions and never let me down. Loong haul up to newcastle earlier in year and they go nice and sticky :D

Love the people who complain about these tires saying they cost them x amount to fix their cars because THEY crashed...Learn to drive to the conditions of the road, any tire will let go if you drive like a pleb.

Given 84% while driving a Volkswagen Golf 1.9 Tdi (225/40 R18 W) on mostly country roads for 80,000 spirited miles
I've had countless sets of these tires on my car for the last 80k I've done over almost 4 years. I once tried another tire and the rear of the car felt really really loose and I had no confidence in the tires at all.

With the NS2's fitted I feel the car is really well planted on the road in the wet or dry. Never had a 4 wheel drift on them. I drive hard and fast when the mood is right and they never let me down. On long journey's the road noise isn't noticeable and my car is lowered on coil overs with poly bushes fitted all round. We drove 3000 miles to Spain and back and it was a pleasure to drive on French motorways at 80mph (legally!)

My golf does seem to wear the inside edge of the rear before the rest of the tire, but I've been told this is pretty normal with 225 tires

These tires are pretty useless in the snow though, but I doubt there is anything worth trying in a 225/40 size. I haven't got stuck yet, but there are times when didn't know if I'd get up those hills lol!

The price seems to be going up all the time on these. Last set I bought I'm sure it was £200 for 4, but now I see £240 :(

Given 34% while driving a Skoda Octavia vRS (225/45 R17 V) on a combination of roads for 12,000 average miles
One of the biggest mistakes i've made. Cost me close to 8k pounds on repairs because the car doesn't brake on these tires. The tires don't hold the road while braking. Absolutely no traction while braking. Moved onto michelin ps3 and braking improved tremendously.

Given 49% while driving a Toyota (225/45 R17) on mostly motorways for 5,000 average miles
one of the most horrible tires i ever bought ! the wet grip and traction is just simply 0% !! Sadly i even had a crash due to 0 grip in the wet !!

Gona move to Yokohama ADVAN Sports or S.Drive

Given 83% while driving a Renault Clio 182 Cup Pack (225/45 R17) on a combination of roads for 0 spirited miles
Used on a highly modified Renault Clio with aggressive suspension geometry 2.5degree negative camber etc. Dry grip is very good and equal to my previous Goodyear eagle f1 gsd2's and gsd3's. Better in dry than uniroyal rainsport 2's. Wet grip is fine until you push them hard, the grip levels drop of quickly, but are very predictable.
People complaing about them firstly can't drive and/or feel the way their car drives and reacts.
Tire wear is very very good. Supringsinly hard compound that still trips in the dry. Wearing at Under half the rate of the eagle f1's.
Personally for the price they are brilliant. I'm actually buying a further 4 for when my rears wear out and two spares.

Given 86% while driving a Honda Civic Type R (225/45 R17) on mostly country roads for 30 spirited miles
I have had three sets of these tires on my ctr (2004), They have outlasted the bridgestone re040's 3 times over! I used to get about 3-4k on the front end with the re040's and now Im pushing 10k plus with the ns2's!! The dry performance is as good but yes if you cain it in the wet then of course they do let go a lil bit earlier but saying that it is a progressive loss of grip so hey all the more fun! All in all these are a great budget tire and I will definately buy them again.

Given 76% while driving a Mercedes Benz C280 sport (225/45 R18) on a combination of roads for 8,000 average miles
Brilliant tires, the just as good if not better than many of the branded tires i've tried. You can push them really stupidly hard in the wet and the especially dry and they just take it. When they and if they do let go its very predicable and easy to control.. Will buy again for sure

Given 86% while driving a Mercedes Benz CLK 270 CDI (225/45 R17) on mostly motorways for 15,000 average miles
I bought them just 2 months ago on my Mercedes CLK 270 CDI ( front 225 / 35 R 19 and rear 255 / 30 R 19) and I must say that the dry grip is fantastic and the wet grip isnt to bad either. So dont listen to all people that say these tires are bad. You dont need drive as Schumacher and for a normal use they are just briliant. Well worth for the price. Iam very satisfied.

Given 76% while driving a Hyundai Coupe 2.0L (225/45 R17) on mostly country roads for 0 spirited miles
Only fitted a couple of used Nangkangs on my car temporarily on a spare set of rims whilst I was re-furbing my main ones, and was surprised by them. May not be the best tire available, but certainly one of the best in their price bracket.
