Driving on a combination of roads for 7000 average miles
Clearly some poor drivers in here reviewing these. Sorry people but you are talking utter rubbish. These tires are completely 100% acceptable for a budget. I've drove these on Dry, wet, and icy roads with no loss of grip or any drama at all. Perhaps it would help if you learned to not drive like a loon, then you wouldn't hit the peak of grip. For legal speeds these will do the job and do it well. They wear slowly as well

Driving on mostly motorways for 26000 spirited miles
Great value for money at under £300 for four (National Tires, Lincoln, April 2010). I have been impressed by the good all-round performance of these tires on my poor old S40 1.8. Unsurprisingly, I don't drive the Volvo like my old S-Type but I don't exactly hang around, either. After 26,000 miles of mainly motorway and dual-carriageway driving my first set of ZV5s (front and back swapped three months ago) has just about had it and will be replaced shortly. No question in my mind as to what the replacements will be - ZV5s, still at under £75 a throw (fitted).
