“Awful tires. Had them on my car for one winter and they were bald when they came off, probably due to their complete lack of grip in all conditions and them sliding whenever I took a corner. They even caused the car to...”
“Decent tires. Recently bought new set for 2011 toyota avensis. Tested these tires on my Peugeot 407. Very good price/quality ratio. Not too much difference comparing with premium brands. Dry grip could be a bit better...”

Negative (-): very poor handling on dry road above 140 km/h (if the road is bumpy these tires will try to kill you), at 120 km/h feels like run on flat tires; poor grip and handling on ice; poor breaking on wet.
Conclusion: good tires if only used in city below 70 km/h. Don't use them on highway at real winter.

Utterly awesome performance and grip - as if there was no snow at all.
Anyone with a german RWD car will know how god awful they are in snow - this is the answer and at £55 a wheel, well worth the money.
I did 8000 miles over winter and the tread depth only lost 1mm (now 7mm deep) which is FAR BETTER than the Conti's that were on the car.
Definately buying again next year for my other car.

What a fantastic difference. They allow you to confidently predict how the car will behave in wintry conditions.
Its a little scary realising just how risky it was driving around on normal tires before.
Also, my Insurance Co. didn't have an issue with changing over to winter tire.
