won't buy again. Just didn't last anything like Michelin should. Were factory fitted when car was new, only lasted 19'000. Poor for Michelin standard. Will buy mid range to replace as they'll last the same!

Fitted a set of 4 to my rear wheel driver V6 Omega. Previously to these I had a set of 4 Michelin PS2's which last for around 21000 miles. I replaced with the Primacy HP's as it was all they had in stock. Whilst the ride was very slightly more comfortable I did lose some grip. That said, I drive my cars very hard and to the average driver you probably wouldn't notice. The grip, however, was still very good and these lasted a bit longer - around 24000 miles all round.

fitted to my car from new i do about 6000 miles a year around torbay the front are now at limit back are 4mm michelin say that its one of there best tyer but my Michelin 215 55 16 Primacy HP are shot and 3 difrent tire shops can not beleave the ware even on the back! you may say it's me on the front but it's only the 1.6l pet so no raceing in this it's the worst tire i've ever had and the only way I will fit them is if thay are free. if you have the same problem with this tire then call Michelin and let them know about it my tires where made in 1509 15week 2009 (this number is in a box on the tire) if you are only going to get 11k out of them for £600 buy cheap tyers look and see what taxi's have on them !!!!!

These came with my ford focus. They had great dry grip and lasted a long time (I bought the car secondhand, so they probably did about 30'000 miles on the front, 70'000 on the rear). I replaced them with Bridgestone Turanza, which were much less grippy and were done in less that 20'000 miles.

Using them in a Volvo V70 for ordinary easy driving. car is poor on streering feel anyway but tires performed well all round and life was looking at 25-27k on the front which is fine on this size car
Would definately buy again

A very good motorway tire. Straight high speed stability increased after putting them on but car is more resistant to turn now. it is not a issue but nature of tire I believe. Good grip on dry and wet. Comfortable and low road noise. Just used for 1000 miles so no comment about wear rate.

We had these tires on our Peugeot 807 in The Netherlands for nearly 5 years. They did about 40K miles each time before replacement, which was very good for a big heavy car driven pretty fast and heavily loaded across Europe. They are comfortable and quiet, reasonably grippy and progressive. Only real downside is cost (especially as, for our 3.0 V6 car, they had to be W rated & reinforced). Also, one set seemed to wear a bit unevenly at the rear and caused some vibration at certain speeds - not a fault of the car as it didn't happen again with a subsequent tire on the same wheel. Overall, though, a good choice if you can get a decent price on the things.

These tires are done after only 19,000 miles of mostly town driving. I am ready to replace them - not because they are bald but because they are worn, noisy and seem to have completely lost grip on anything other than dry roads. My previous car had Uniroyal Rainsport 2s which were phenomenally grippy wet or dry (even when worn). In fact in this winter's appalling snow and ice the uniroyals were almost as good as winter tires (keeping me mobile when others were sliding every which way. Sadly, these Michelins are not even in the same league. Grip in the dry is ok but in the wet it's scary and in the snow, impossible. I will not be replacing them with more of the same even though they are recommended by the vehicle manufacturer.

Great tires when new, hopeless in recent snow and ice when part worn. Poor on wet grass. Noise and comfort good but I would rather be able to steer. Not recommended for winter or camping use.
