Given 33% while driving a Renault (225/40 R18) on a combination of roads for 3,000 spirited miles
I had these tires new on my megane 225, after 3thousand miles the fronts need changing already, granted my driving style is spirited, but still, dry grip is ok but not what you want, and in the wet these tires are dangerous, will not be buying again, just bought some falken 452s.

Given 79% while driving a Alfa Romeo 159 (235/45 R18 W) on a combination of roads for 2,000 spirited miles
I read some mixed reports about these tires which almost put me off my purchase. However, I have found them to be excellent, having had all four tires replaced with them on my Alfa 159. Grip ride and feel of the car is better than ever so I would certainly recommend them to anyone and at about 60% of the price of the leading brands, they are the ideal choice.

Given 64% while driving a Audi A4 2.0 TDi 170 S Line (235/40 R18 W) on mostly town for 25,000 spirited miles
Has these on my Audi A4 and now driven 14 months 25,000miles on the front and only now going to change them. Not bad, grip not the best but certainly seem value for money

Given 80% while driving a Alfa Romeo 159 (235/40 R19 W) on a combination of roads for 15,000 average miles
GREAT TYRES FOR THE MONEY, USE THEM ON MY ALFA 159Ti - PRICE HAS GONE UP A BIT RECENTLY, USED TO BE ABLE TO GET THEM FOR £95 FITTED - NOW ABOUT £115 EACH FITTTED BUT STILL PROBABLY 2.5 TIMES CHEAPER THAN THE PIRELLIS OR CONTIS.

Given 74% while driving a Skoda Octavia (225/40 R18) on a combination of roads for 15,000 spirited miles
These are BUDGET tires. I am an experienced car mechanic and have driven literally thousands of cars with so called premium tires and budget tires alike. I have these on my diesel Octavia and to be very honest would struggle to tell the difference between these and the continentals they replaced. We all know they look very similar, some say replica... Look closer and you'll see slight differenes, mainly the fact that the rubber is obviously not as soft. Is this a bad thing? Depends if you like paying 3 times more for something that lasts half as long. If you drive very enthusiasticly then ok you might do better with eagle f1's or proxies but lets face it you are reading this review because you are skint or a skin flint. Either way you get what you pay for, but for the outlay the are very good BUDGET tires.
Incidently, I had runway enduro once before that came as a package with my wheels and the difference between these accelera there and runway was massive.
When we had heavy snow I ended up walking 5 miles to work..yay..wet feet!
Next time we had snow I had these tires, dropped the pressures a bit and hey presto...i was the only one at work..doh.
As a round up... Premium tires are all well and good if you have got money to burn if not then give these a go. And if you don't like them then smoke them and have some fun, then call your Bank manager.!

Given 96% while driving a Mazda RX8 (225/45 R18 W) on a combination of roads for 6,000 spirited miles
Fitted 2 to my rx8 - better feal and grip than the recommended bridgestones at several times the price. So impressed i deliberately search for more and now have complete set.Great tire - try them instead of listening to the gripes on websites.

Given 50% while driving a Mercedes Benz CLS 320 (235/40 R18) on mostly motorways for 20,000 average miles
Absolutely horrible in the rain. Have had these tires for 20,000 miles, so have done very well for wear. But the aquaplaning in the rain, just stick to the middle lane on the motorway.

make these tires illegal please.

Thanks

Given 16% while driving a Ford Mondeo ST220 (225/45 R17) on a combination of roads for 1,000 spirited miles
These tires are dangerous i replaced them after a month of buying my car. Dry grip is poor and wet grip forget it these tires don't have grip in the wet. They were reviewed on a BBC1 programme last year and i learned that these are cheap copies of the contisport contact 3 tires. They compared both of these tires together and these were so poor the presenter said their should be a law passed so these type of cheap tires can't ever be sold over here in the uk. They are really that bad.
