The Triangle SeasonX TA01 repeatedly falls behind on wet roads. Auto Bild Allrad's 2026 SUV test placed it last of 12 overall, with the longest wet braking distance and slowest wet handling speed among the measured tires. Its 59.5 m wet stop was 16.7% longer than best, and the testers found it hard to control. Auto Bild's 2025 camper-van test also found limited wet grip, placing it 10th of 11 for wet braking and handling and last on the wet circle. Earlier Auto Bild braking comparisons found wet distances 26.1% longer than best in 2024 and 31.9% longer in 2022.
Low external noise is the consistent positive: first of 11 in the 2025 test and second of 14 in 2026. It was also cheap, but that did not bring a balanced performance. Dry handling was last in both full tests, aquaplaning results were weak, and snow traction and cornering were below average. Snow braking was less weak, with a midfield result noted in the SUV test, but that did not extend to snow handling. Comfort was last of 12 in the 2026 SUV test, illustrating that low pass-by noise does not establish a comfortable ride. Its eighth-of-nine overall finish and satisfactory rating in 2025 were less severe than the 2026 last place, but both assessments highlighted wet-road limitations.
