Outstanding tire, especially in the wet. Not a bad price either for a premium tire - around ?150. Recommended!

The grip from these tires is amazing i also found them to be very good in the wet which is a bonus as these are summer tires. Road feedback is spot on and are very comfortable to drive on. These are so much better than the conti sport 3 tires that were on the car and i had them from new. The PS3 is in another league i don't think the other big brands can come close to these with their flagship model tires 5 stars to michelin for the PS3.

Awesome grip on the dry stuff. Bombproof in the wet, it's just spooky how these tires stick! Totally impressed so far, despite the price!

Never buy it again. M3 E46 very bad on coners and track day use, PS2 much better and a little bit expensive then PS3. Looks like Michelin designed this PS3 tire during credit crunch, making it a bit cheaper and fuel efficient, but unfortunately this tires are not for non-green (fuel efficient powerfull cars)
I would never buy it again

The only thing I didn't like was the price, otherwise an epic tire

My Audi A3 came with 4 Pirelli Pzero Rosso; their performances were quite good but the were terribly noisy and very rigid on the road unevenness (rigid shoulder) with a lot of vibrations inside the car.
So after 3.500 miles I decided to replace them with the new Michelin Pilot Sport 3; the PS3 are certainly better than the Pirelli Rosso:
1. very low noise also in motorways and very smooth ride
2. I tested them also in bracking and accelerating both in the wet and in the dry and they are awesome (the Pirelli Rosso are definitely inferior in this case)
3. very responsive steering (really impressive) without feeling nervous (better than Pirelli Rosso)
4. a lot of grip in cornering both in the dry and in the wet
These tires are simply the best!!

I was due for a change and wanted to go for the PS2 again untill I was told that the new PS3 have arrived. So I took at them and the tread pattern is similar but slightly different, TBH I preffered the PS2 tread pattern with the zig zag tread on the outer shoulders but cant complain these still look good.
I must admit they are very similar to the PS2 in terms of dry handling and braking, but on a sudden down pour one late evening on a country lane I got to feel these tires in the wet and I must say they are slightly better that the PS2 for wet grip and braking. Michellin say that these should last slightly longer too than the PS2.
So far they are definately slightly better than the PS2 and are a very smooth ride. Ill comment on wear when they have reached the end of their tread life but after 7k they are down to approx 7mm.

Totally inlove with this tires. Every bit as good as the OE MPS but slightly better in every way!
