I was looking for an all-terrain tire that had a 3PMSF stamp and a good reputation for winter conditions, even though several have warned me against all-terrains in winter weather.
I must say, I am very surprised (of course in a positive way). Radar Renegade AT5 have completely outdone my old "ordinary" Hankook winter tires from last winter. The car brakes far better on snow now, than it did last winter and it just kicks the snow away, when I get into the deep snow.
A bit noisy on the highway if you're driving faster than 110 kph, but it's not louder than the radio.
All in all, these are simply the best tires I've ever bought. You get so darn much for the money!
