Yokohama Geolandar M/T

These were on sale at the time I was shopping and so I thought, since I only ever saw positive reviews about them on social media, I decided to purchase a set of these. So far after 10 months I can safely say they perform just as good as the Toyo Open Country MTs on both sand and rock and can confidently see these lasting four or five years even with heavy offroad use. They seem to do just fine in wet road conditions especially being a mud tire and while they're a bit noisy on the highway but to be fair, so is every single other mud tire out there so that was expected anyway. I am yet to test these in mud but I'm confident they will not disappoint.

Fitted to a Range Rover P38 dse, with plenty of depth left, I have been forced into changing them due to cracks in the radial tread tracks. I contacted the manufacturer by the web and so far nothing heard, not that impressed. Tires are expensive enough without the rubber becoming defective. According to the tire association the defect is due to them being old, yet the tire has the marking for 2011. Basically the vehicle has been used on the road and towed three times a trailer. I would welcome comments from them or replacement.
Within a week I shall look to buying a British made tire. August 2016
