A fuel-economy tire with great comfort credits. This tire will never please the boy-racer brigade, but some of us regard that as a bonus. On to my second set of these Blue-Earth after over 160,000 km of daily commute and occasional holiday travel. Quiet, comfortable and reliable. Fuel economy is up there with the very best, with wet braking on par with tires twice the price. Unsure what "Orange Oil" is, it sounds like something I use to remove glue residue. I think these tires represent great value and I would very much like to recommend them.

If there’s ever a reliability scoring here, I would rate these tires 3/10. My daily commute has a few rough roads and punctures were too frequent compared to other tires. A fairly hefty potholes were able to damage the sidewalls to the point it can’t be salvaged anymore.

Before I had to change this set because the severity of recent damage, the tires are actually holding up wear pretty well. I bet it still has 10k km left in it. Dry performance is mediocre as expected from an eco-tire. Road noise is excellent until it gets rather rough in the last couple of thousand kilometers. Comfort-wise it is better than the OEM tires (bridgestone turanza) but nothing special.

Wet performance is superb, brilliant, I can’t compliment it enough. The car just doesn’t falter in heavy rain and high speed. Even if there were puddles, it would hydroplane slightly and instantly gripped back again.

Overall, this is a pretty solid tire if it’s used on smooth, pothole-less roads. It has the advantages of an eco tire plus a few luxury touches. However not recommended for rough road usages.

My vehicle Citroën C-Elysee BLUEHDI 99cv. They are very good tires, they grip very well in dry and wet conditions. Nothing to envy from premium brands, in my opinion Yokohama is as premium or more than the already known ones, Continental, Dunlop, Michelin, Bridgestone etc. And also at a very reasonable price. Without fear there is life and tires after these premium brands so well known by all that are really good but in some cases at an exorbitant price. I am a salesman and I know what I am talking about. In 41 years I have tried many tires with the premium ones you never fail. But my friend the brave thing is to try these less common ones here in Spain. I have had a very pleasant surprise and I will repeat when I have to. Now 32,000 kms and the tread of the front ones at 50% and the rear ones at 70%. Incredible as long as you watch the pressures and take care of the curbs. You have tires for a while.

These tires are all that I put on my car, they are such a good all round tire the tires last really well but you can tell when they are nearing the tread wear depth marker, just about to put my 3rd set on the car, I do a lot of of miles.

I'm using this tire for almost 5 year until the tire get more noisy. My impression for this tire is thedurability is good and the noise quite good for eco tire and for handling was so so as the feedback was not that good but still acceptable

Stlll driving with the 4 Yokohama tires for a little more than 20,000 kms... No problem so far. I do tire rotation every 8,000 kms.

Used for 5 years (seldom drive), in wet still able to drive fast. When new, dry wet grip was great, quite quiet tire, save fuel not sure about it. But this tire is not for high speed cornering.

just bought 2 for the front of my Peugeot partner , lets see shall we 2000 a month motorway n pothole , to contend with,tires are very quiet compared with old goodyear ones,we will see shall we, first impressions , it's a good quality grip tire for 80 mph daily commute in a van. good all round tire, not sure how the fast cars will cope with these tires, but it's a road guys not a runway. price good traction good.

Bought a toyota blade master which has 280bhp the yokahama es32 bluearth was recommended because of the amount of grip the car needs in wet and dry conditions when you put your foot down flat or when braking at high speeds and extremely quiet as well THE BEST TYRE FOR ME AS IM A SPEED FREAK and will always buy this tire because it hasn't let me down

Soft tire with good grip. The ABS doesn't even kick in, it does its job very well.

Put these onto Elantra 1.6 for 34,000km. At 15,000km front tires start to show signs of high wear as compared previous Nexen which lasted for 50,000 still with some thread. Ok for the price, didn’t fail me before. (On wet max 100km/hr; dry 140km/hr) suitable for low mileage, daily drive. Not recommendable for frequent road trip drivers.
