Excellent tire but wear is the only down side. Covered 12500 miles and need changing as wear markers are very close. Will be buying another set.

Given 91% while driving a Audi A4 2.0 TDi 170 S Line (235/40 R18 W) on a combination of roads for 15,000 average miles
Just replaced my front pair of Sessanta's with another pair as they lasted 18 months and served me 16k miles! Might not sound much to some but I bought the Avant from new and the continentals it came with lasted 8k miles, these were replaced with eagle f1 asymmetric which did slightly better at 12k miles but the Sessanta's have been great so I now have purchase another pair.
The only downside is, 18 months ago I paid £200 fitted but this week they cost me £260 fitted! Must have got a cracking deal 18 months ago as I couldn't find them any cheaper than the price I paid!
A highly recommended tire in my eyes!

Got these fitted to my Audi B6 S4. Cheaper than Contis but with no drawbacks. Better in the very wet than anything I have used before.

Given 79% while driving a Ford Focus ST3 2008 (225/40 R18 W) on a combination of roads for 10,000 spirited miles
Good tires, decent in the dry, good in the wet. Used them after PS3s from Michelin so i am a little harsh with my review.

The wear is incredible low, had them on my car for only 10.000 miles before i sold it, but my father has them on his Audi A6 3tdi quattro for over 40.000 miles and they still have thread left.

I would sincerely recommend this tires to anyone that doesnt need fenomenal grip and doesnt run their car very hard.
They are a good compromise between wear and grip.

But take in consideration, do not use on snow they are terrible

Given 100% while driving a Audi A4 2.0 TDi 170 S Line (225/40 R18) on mostly country roads for 6,000 average miles
Sold my VW golf 170bhp after having these on for a few months and purchased a new Audi A4 with Michelin tires on.

Its costing me over £600 but I'm replacing the tires on the Audi with these yet again. Never have I experienced such an amazing tire before. Well worth the money and certainly a no brainer with our typically wet english weather.

Given 86% while driving a Renault clio 197 (225/45 R17 W) on a combination of roads for 15,000 average miles
My 197 Cup came with ContiSport 3 tires as standard in 215/45/17 and they felt well matched to the car. Once they needed replacing I decided to buy the same ContiSport 3 tires but in 225/45/17. There was a marked improvement in terms of grip limit in the dry but with less progressive breakaway, it was more sudden but still occurred with reasonable warning. Everything else felt the same as the 215/45/17's in regards to wet handling, cold conditions and feedback. Personally the car should have come with 225/45/17's from factory.

I then decided to switch to Vredstien Ultrac Sessants's in 225/45/17. In comparison to the Conti 3's above the Vreds have more grip in cold, warm and wet conditions, much better sidewall response under cornering, (the Conti 3 sidewalls are on the soft side) better feedback, less wear, less rolling resistance and less noise on motorways.
So in conclusion the Vreds are marginally better in all areas than the Conti 3's, not by a large amount but definitely better. In regards to the sidewalls though the Vreds are MUCH better. I'll probably buy them again due to the fact they're slightly cheaper than the ContiSport 3's.

Given 76% while driving a BMW M3 (275/35 R19 W) on a combination of roads for 2,600 spirited miles
I'm really impressed with the tires i got for the money. There is no doubt that The Michelin PSS's are a better tire all around i can honestly say i am happy because these tires cost me 1/3 installed than the installed price of the Michelin PSS's. they perform well and are much better than the Conti Contact Sport 3's or Potenza's that come stock. The only complaint that i have is that the sidewalls are a little softer, this changes your turn in and gives a slight float. which made me hesitate slightly but they always stick in through the turn. They perform very well when pushed to the extreme for extended periods of time. If there are any other e92 drivers out there if you are running the CZP rims or 19" tall 10 to 10.5" wide rims i would go 285/35/19 Rear and 265/35/19 if i had to do it over again. the tires will fit and gives a little more play with how you would like to tune your alignment.

Given 91% while driving a BMW E46 M3 CS (275/35 R18) on a combination of roads for 0 spirited miles
I have had several sets of these great tires and currently have full sets on a BMW 545 and a BMW M3. The wear is fairly even, espceially considering BMW's reputation for inside tire wear. I rotate them regularly having gone to a 'square' setup with the same size tire and wheel on front and rear- something that BMW has gotten away from. The larger then stock tire on the fronty aids in turn-in and eliminates the designed-in understeer. I highly recommend these tires.
