Pirelli Scorpion All Season SF3 Owner Reviews
Review this tireWhat owners say summarised from 8 reviews
Early owner feedback on the Pirelli Scorpion All Season SF3 is consistently positive overall, with dry grip the most frequently praised quality. Several owners also describe reassuring wet grip, satisfactory braking and a comfortable ride. The few who have driven in snow report good traction or handling, though this is a small group. Noise and steering feel receive some reservations, but neither complaint recurs widely enough to establish a common weakness. Seven of the eight reviews concern the tire when new, so the picture remains mainly an initial impression rather than a guide to wear or ageing.

These Pirelli Scorpion SF3 tires have transformed the ride comfort and noise levels way beyond my expectations. They are a perfect replacement for the factory TOYOs that where fitted and at 16500 miles on my 2023 model Mazda CX60 Diesel were still legal with approximately 4/5mm in the directional groves but the side snipes were below 1.6mm on both sides of the tire. This I believe due to side wall flexing in corners and being too soft for this heavy vehicle.
Too early for wear or snow performance but I would highly recommended for anyone considering improving this vehicle.

Wonderful set of tires. I switched from a very good set of mild all terrain tires and these outperform it in all categories bar a muddy field.
Dry braking and wet braking are exceptional. So is fuel economy, I'm getting 5mpg more when towing! They're pretty decent in a field with wet grass towing a caravan.
Snow traction has been excellent, id say as good as my winter tires from a few years ago.
Perfect at carrying weight in the back of a pick up.
The only downside I imagine would be wear, the grip they offer will probably mean they will wear a tad quicker. But time will tell.
Certainly prefer these Pirelli SF3 to the Cross climate 3 sport used on another vehicle.

My first Allseasons, I am quite surprised how good they are compared to some summer tires I had. They are described as more sporty feeling (less understeer/better turn-in) in comparison to the competition, which I believe from my experience to be true, and what I wanted from the tire - within reason, I am under no delusion these are summer performance tires. Able to handle long rapid motorway transfers on long drives in various conditions. Noise level is dependent on surface quality, if the surface is rough, the noise can increase quite a bit - a tradeoff I am willing to make for how the tire is performing in dry/wet/heat/cold. Confidence inspiring on snow/ice mixed surface if speed is matched to the conditions. No noticeable changes in performance due to wear yet. Exceeded my expectations, would recommend further/buy again.
