Given 67% while driving a Peugeot 3008 (225/50 R17 W) on a combination of roads for 12,000 average miles
I`m never been one to buy Budget Tires, I`ve mainly been impressed with Kumho`s, the Kumho Ecsta KU39 has always served me well, with a good combination and performance and wear, running two full sets on the 3008, which usually get me around 20k of running.
I fitted 4 F510`s at the end of April after being told Kumho had replaced the my trusty KU39`, they are quiet, perform as well as the KU39`s but much to my disappointment, the front two were on the bars at 12,000 miles, not a good return by anyone`s standard, and that`s from a moderate driver.

Just had two new Kumho PS71`s fitted on the front today, lesson learnt!!

Given 87% while driving a Opel Astra J 1.4 turbo (225/45 R17 V) on mostly country roads for 1,000 average miles
Great tires !! Fantastic grip on wet and very good on dry (I think they are a little bit less responsive / accurate in sudden change of course as my previous Good year asymmetric 2). Low noise ,good fuel consumption! The only bad thing is the comfort...not good as my previous Good Year and this is probably because of the firm sidewalls !
I would definitely buy them again!!!

Given 50% while driving a Peugeot RCZ GT 156THP (235/40 R19 W) on mostly motorways for 1,000 easy going miles
Replaced a mix of cheap tire and continental on front of RCZ - had high hopes but the road noise was unbelievably poor. Didn't see any improvement in handling etc.

Can't really comment on wear.

Overall very disappointed - mainly due to road noise - which was one of the reasons I bought these tires in the first place.

Given 93% while driving a MINI Cooper S (215/45 R17 W) on a combination of roads for 1,000 spirited miles
Had these fitted on the front of the car as a result of a puncture emergency. Not ideal and I was a bit nervous, however, they got a good write up in the EVO magazine (available in the waiting area!) so I went for it.. Shouldn't have been worried. They really are excellent in all conditions and provide confidence. Actually they are much better than the Yokos that they replaced, and given the cost I wouldn't hesitate to fit again.

Given 92% while driving a Jaguar xf premium luxury (255/35 R20 W) on a combination of roads for 1,000 spirited miles
Took the horrible Dunlop SportMaxx tires off (getting a bit thin anyway) and chose these Falkens as I have had great results with these make of tires on other cars. I am not disappointed. They are significantly quieter, with better grip in the wet than the Dunlops. The initial turn in is sharper with more feedback too and, more importantly, they don't suffer as much from the dreaded Dunlop flatspotting. Grip in the dry is fine too, with about the same firmness as the Dunlops, but eliminating high frequency bumps completely. I don't know about longevity as they haven't been on long enough. From this initial report I would definitely buy them again.

Given 91% while driving a BMW 520d (225/50 R17) on a combination of roads for 20,000 average miles
20K miles on the rear of BMW 520D. First set of non-runflats on the car and performed better than almost every other premium brand (run-flat) tire I've had. lasted 20K miles - up to 4 times longer than some previous sets. would definitely buy again.

Given 83% while driving a Honda Accord Euro (225/50 R17 W) on a combination of roads for 6,835 spirited miles
Good tire, better than Nokian zLine, but wear is bad, after 11000km I have left 4mm for fronts and 5mm for rear tires. Otherwise great tire even on some gravel.

Given 100% while driving a BMW 330 XD Coupe (225/45 R17 W) on mostly motorways for 500 average miles
Wet and dry grip of the tires are amazing. They added +30 km at the turns. Fuel consumption is much more lower than the previous tires. Tires are also silent. They fitted so well on my Bmw 330xd coupe. I ve just made 500 km i cant say anything about the wear for now. If u have a sport car you should try those tires. I ll definetely buy those tires again.

Given 75% while driving a Audi A4 1.8T Quattro (225/40 R18 W) on mostly motorways for 1,000 average miles
The grip in both dry and wet is very good, no wheelspin wel accelerating hard.

But they are very uncomfortable, the rolling noise is very loud comparing to my previous Continental tires. On bad roads its even more uncomfortable because you notice every pothole.

Also much more fuel consumption, i didnt expected that a tire with EU label E would so much more fuel then a EU label B tire.

Not a good tire for your daily comfortable car like my Audi A4.

Next time i would go for a premium tire again like Michelin, Continetal or Goodyear. tires from the big brands are just a bit better, and thats why they are a bit more expensive.
