The Yokohama Advan Neova AD08 has two EVO results, with its clearest praise coming from the 2014 Max Performance Summer Tire Test. It finished fourth of ten in 225/45 R17, and EVO singled out dry performance, describing it as a track-day tire that also worked well on the road. Wet performance received a more qualified assessment as acceptable rather than a matching dry-weather strength.
The earlier 2010 EVO Tire Test placed it sixth of nine in 205/45 R17. That lower overall finish gives a less favorable result, but there are no detailed discipline findings to explain the difference or establish a recurring weakness.
