Vredestein Quatrac 5 Owner Reviews

What owners say summarised from 37 reviews

Owners are broadly happy with the Vredestein Quatrac 5, with most praising its quiet, comfortable nature and dependable all-season grip, especially in snow and wet conditions. Snow traction is a standout for almost half of reviewers, and wet grip and dry grip also earn frequent compliments, making it a reassuring everyday tire for mixed UK weather. The main recurring niggles are longevity-related: around one in six owners flag weaker wet braking, and a similar minority mention faster or uneven wear than expected.

Changing from a summer tire (Vredestein Sportrac5) to these on the front of my Lancer here in the UK has changed the way I drive my car. First impressions after only a few hundred miles are, the steering feels lighter and these tires for an all season tire in my size are very quiet on the road. Only 1 drawback with this type of tire is lateral grip, they are never going to perform like a summer tire like the Sportrac5 but you dont buy this type of tire for hooning around !

Hopefully after some bad weather (snow & ice) I can give a further review at a later date but for now i am happy with my new Quatrac 5 tires.
