Toyo Proxes CF1 Reviews - Page 4

Given 77% while driving a Nissan Primera (195/60 R14 H) on a combination of roads for 12,000 average miles
After faithfully putting Toyo Proxes T1s on my cars for years - and driving them hard - I feel that I totally trust the Toyo range and I put CF1s on my Nissan, they are a good improvement over the previous Uniroyals in most conditions, feel smoother and create less noise while giving decent road feedback round our Cornish A & B roads. I'll be buying them again for the Nissan and getting them for my partners '07 Vauxhall Zafira if they have the size.

I have only had these tires for about 1000 miles but compared to the firestones they are superb. The grip in the dry combined with four wheel drive is excellent, wet grip not as good but still spot on. As for comfort/road noise they are so much quieter than the firestones.
Overall these tires are brilliant and I will certainly be replacing these toyos with more toyos.

Top Quality, Awsome tire either on the road or the track maximum grip where ever you drive, The Toyo Proxes CF1 beats the Firestone Firehawk TZ200 hands down!

Would Recommend to anyone!

There's a new all season tire, can it be best?!
Given 66% while driving a Ford Escort RS2000 4x4 (195/50 R15 V) on a combination of roads for 52,000 spirited miles
A good value directional tire that seems to handle better than previous Continentals, Goodyears & Bridgestone that I've used. Handling was weird when fitted to rear only with non-directional tires on front. Handling far more predictable when fitted all round. Seem soft compound, tire wear fairly high, but then I do use the car as motorsport safety car on Aintree Racing Circuit! A good value tire that I can afford to wear out on track, yet still performs ok on public roads. Very poor grip on gravel/mud however, but then you are not really supposed to take this car off road!

Given 83% while driving a Vauxhall Vectra (225/45 R17 W) on a combination of roads for 5,000 spirited miles
I have had these tires on for approx 5000 miles and have used them on roads varying from country lanes to motorways. They have been a huge improvement from my last tires (Maxxis MA-V1) in every aspect, particularly wet and dry grip.

They've also proved themselves to be relatively quiet and ride well. They have even improved my MPG without any effort from me. I will buy these again.

Given 81% while driving a Mazda MX5 (185/60 R14 H) on a combination of roads for 2,000 average miles
During the week I drive to and from work in congested traffic like most but out there but at the weekend I like to go out for a blast and blow the weeks cobwebs away. This tire offers a great compromise of good comfort, noise, grip wet and dry and a great price. Feels safe and predictable. A good tire that suits my driving style.. I have even used on a track day without drama. Will buy again.
