in dry conditions i would say are average, nothing to shout about. But in wet are really dangerous! Grip is lost by a high margin, both braking and accelerating
These tires where already fitted to the front when I bought the car with another cheap new looking set fitted to the rear. Obviously this a review on tires and not me or what I do, but I feel its important to express that I'm an experienced driver for many years, specialized in BMWs, performance cars and work within the research and development side of things now with proving ground tracks and facilities where further driving skills are enhanced (great job!!)
How these tires felt below 60mph:- crashey, harsh, uninspiring and vague.
How they felt 70mph:- extremely dangerous!! To explain to those who understand a little, it felt like lower ball joints were seriously worn, bushes and steering geometry all over the place at once. Front and rear of the car felt seriously disconnected and could brake away at any point and snap away (this is normal driving conditions & speed in the dry and approaching a roundabout from dual or single carriageway).
These cannot be driven at higher speeds safely and really are the most dangerous experience I have ever had over many years driving lots of various cars in fit condition..... or even unsafe conditions..... These tires top the list of all bad experiences I've had over many yrs.
Hope this helps someone out there who was initially confused by their cars behavior but to also avoid this same experience and danger .

Were on the car when I bought it and have hardly any wear but am replacing these regardless after they have tried to kill me several times....these are by far the worst tires I have ever had. I am unsure why these are even legal in the UK!!! In the dry these are mediocre at best but in the wet you would be as well having slicks....grip is non-existent and as far as aquaplaning.... I am swithering whether to have sails added to my merc to save fuel. Please DO NOT EVER buy these tires regardless of how strapped for cash you are. They are downright dangerous!! AVOID!!!!! I rarely do reviews but genuinely hope this saves lives!

Dry grip is non-existent. Actually lethal. No feedback & front & rear can break at any time even under cautious driving conditions. The worst wet tire I've ever driven over 50 years driving. Shouldn't be on the market.
Dry grip is also poor with no feedback. high road noise.
Despite having tracking done twice at cost of £80, still pulled to left. Corrected on new tires.
Replaced after 2 months with full tread.

I’ve used these tires on 3 different cars and in this size they are a good price point.
I’d describe them and a good budget tire that I would buy again if money was tight.
Fitted to a 2wd automatic heavy Audi, they scrabble about and have worn evenly.
Negative is the lack of rim protection making the wheels very prone to curbing and for that reason alone I’ve switched to Falkens.
Fitted on the back of my Golf GTD as I needed tires to pass mot, no problem with them whatsoever I have Avons on the front and they’re cracking and only been on a year before, I will be replacing them all with Bridgestone once they’re done as that’s the manufacturers choice for this car, but overall no issues with roadX
Without doubt the worst tires I've ever had, was given 4 new tires with the car the difference between grip in wet and dry is outrageous. In the wet they are just dangerous, no other word for them traction control will regularly kick in in 3rd gear. No confidence in cornering whatsoever the only good thing I can say about them is the seem to last for ages! I still have plenty of tread after a year's worth of driving but I am changing them this week after a couple more mess the bed moments
These are budget tires and perform in line with their price. Reasonably comfortable & quiet on normal roads at normal air temperatures for standard summer tires (7C+). Stable & predictable tire so far.
WET: If you are going to drive often in rain / wet, especially if in busy traffic where you may need to stop suddenly in the wet in cooler conditions, I would NOT recommend these.
As for all standard summer tires, the grip is noticeably worse with air / ashphalt falling much below 10C (50F).
For country road & non-congested highway easy-cruising, comfortable & ok.
Fitted on front wheels only (front wheel drive).
Dry grip acceptable for the price. Predictable handling in the dry & subjectively as good as previous Kumho Ecsta's (which tended to complain / squeal cornering on warm ashpalt, even without pushing hard).
The RoadX U11's make a kind of unique gentle grinding / humming noise when pushed in corners on ashphalt.
Grip is relatively good on uneven small roads with broken ashphalt with some chippings & gravel / dirt covering.
WET ashphalt... braking distance longer than higher mid-range tires, ABS activates sooner. WET ashphalt cornering... if you push you get more understeer than with more premium tires (front wheel drive with them on front only, (with premium tires on back with 4mm)).
Understeer of the front is progressive, not sudden (so far).
Personally, I would not try these on the rear of a rear-wheel-drive car In wet conditions, assuming they would behave similarly to how they do on front-drive.
WEAR rate: GOOD. Considering I sometimes push in corners and drive some rough gravel roads, the ROADX U11's are showing almost no wear so far, except slight wear on corner (normal on front-drive car). Previous Kumho's were softer & wore faster.
below average dry grip, but doesnt drop any less in the wet. predictable handling with not bad feedback through the car. lasted for ages, but with the lack of grip wasn't necessarily a positive. would be fine for a scrictly city car, or maybe even a taxi.
well i got my car from a no i garage and the front tires is firelli the back is the most dangerss tire,i have driven/roadx rx motion/ i went back to garage and they syd the tires are legal /they shood bee band i am a x motorcycle,s[ and if i had not been a exserinsd driver i would have had a big axxisident]//they shoud not bee legel they are for dry road,s]not for wett or //bonnie scottland// bobby gee
