Across 18 summer tests the Goodyear Eagle F1 SuperSport shows a clear “driver's tire” pattern: it repeatedly delivers very strong dry circuit pace/precision and often excellent wet handling balance, which explains the Track master award (Tire Reviews 2022) and multiple top-3 overall finishes (e.g., 2/9 in evo, 2/10 in Sport Auto, 3/10 in Sport Auto, 1/8 in Tire Reviews 2019). When the test emphasis is on lap time/steering feel, it is frequently among the benchmarks.

The main recurring drawback is non-performance efficiency/NVH: rolling resistance is regularly near-last (often 7th-8th/7-9 and even 14/14), and noise/comfort scores commonly sit in the bottom group.
