These tires were replaced by the dealership I bought my pre-owned Polestar 2 from. Having heard how quickly EVs can go through a tire, I decided to see how they performed. I've driven 7000 miles in 6 months across late spring to early fall in sun, rain, warm and cold, but no winter weather. The tires have surprisingly good dry grip and are pretty sharp handling. Outright handing and performance isn't on the same level as something like the 200TW I autocross with, but plenty good for a road tire. The wet grip at low wear levels is very good, I haven't experienced any degree of hydroplaning, even at highway speeds with standing water and the cornering grip in the wet is solid. Whether it's the car or the tire, the combination does have an understeer bias. Overall, for the price I see these tires listed at, initial impressions are very good for a budget fair weather tire. Given the tread pattern, I probably won't give them a chance in winter, I can't imagine they'll stop an EV well in ice and snow, but that's purely speculation and caution. They seem to be wearing well so far and road noise is noticable, but not terrible. Overall, they performed better than I expected and I prefer them to the cross climate 2 and hankook ventus v2 concept 2 for summer commuting.
