Peugeot Boxer Tire Review Highlights
Writing about the Bridgestone Duravis Van given 90% (215-70-15)
Driving on mostly country roads for 11500 easy going miles
Fitted to a 3.5 ton 2019 Peugeot Boxer Horsebox . Vehicle has done 11.500 miles (Sept 2025) from new. Very pleased with tire wear. Always check your tire pressures on a regular basis. Keep the correct tire pressure for your load and vehicle use on a note taped to the back of your sunshield plus the height of your vehicle. Horsebox travels well on local. dual carriageway and motorways. Dry and wet grip good. Comfort is variable due to road blemishes and potholes.

Driving on a combination of roads for 20000 average miles
Cargo tire with great wear and good dry handling. Unfortunately they are terrible in the wet and the wet characteristics get worse every year as the tire ages. Cornering in the wet is especially bad and feels like a 20 year old tire was fitted. Also very sensitive to temperature, as dry grip decreases significantly if the temps are

We bought a van with Nexen tires. After one week we had to change first time the front left tire (cause of breaking the steel thread in the tire) The second tire kept for appr. 1 month, and the same situation. Now (after half year) the same condition with the rear left tire. 3 from 4 with normal urban and suburban usage. No overload, no overspeeding. I can’t guess, what happened. Can’t fail anything else, but tires. We’ll try now the Vanhawk. Regarding this I not suggest the Nexen for vans.
