Pirelli Angel GT II

After completing a 4,000 km tour with my NC750 dct, let me share my thoughts on the tire.
I'm not someone who pushes my motorcycle to its limits. I realized how much I trust the tire when my foot touched the ground in a corner.
In dry weather, it holds up really well as long as you wait for the tire to reach its ideal temperature.
During my tour, there were plenty of mountain passes, dirt roads, and bumpy roads. Initially, I was hesitant, but I rode on all roads with a sense of security without feeling any slip.
Moreover, I was riding with a passenger and all my bags full.
The Dunlop D609 tire from my previous motorcycle had completely squared off after 6,000 km. Now, at the same mileage, my tire still looks new. I'm very happy.
There were plenty of things that could challenge a tire.
Excess weight,
Extreme heat,
Dirt roads,
Mountain passes,
Rain,
High-speed highway rides,
etc.

Especially on low-quality roads, the noise of the tire competing with the engine noise caught my attention.

Have these tires on a "sport touring" VFR800 6gen. Not used for commuting everyday, but rather for all gas no brakes activities when i take it, or used to travel with a pillion and all the luggage for a long distances.
At this point tires have 17k kms on them.
Front tire: Started cupping a little bit @10k from both sides from the center. Center ridge is fine, but you can feel unevenness near it with a finger, or sometimes when tire pressure is high(hot summer day) while cornering.
Rear tire: Held really well considering how many straight up, high speed kms are on it. About third is with a pillion and luggage on. @17k kms rear tire is absolutely squared off and is about 1mm from wear limits.

Had no issues with traction whether its dry or wet. From all these kms i've done with them, just a couple rear slips when rear was obviously too cold and i was expecting it to slip, nothing more. Would buy again.

I've driven approximately around 3000 km's now on these tires with my Tracer 700. I must say I'm very satisfied with these Pirelli's. Grip in the dry is as you would expect from a premium tire. The tire gives confidence in the corners, without feeling too soft. Also, the rear of the bike never stepped out so far. Grip in the wet is very good with these tires. On a weekend inthe Eifel in Germany it was pouring rain (we where there already, so we went riding to make the most of our trip). On the twisty roads the tires boosted my confidence in the bike. Handling was good and braking performance was exceptionnel. I've had no ABS interference with these tires (as long as you brake in normal circumstances, thus not stomping the brake, but braking progressively). My only concern is the wear. Thread on the tires is still in very good shape. But since I often commute on the bike (highway) the rear tire is beginning to square off a bit. With the Dunlop Roadsmart 3's I had on before, I feel it took longer before they started to feel squarly. As compared to the Dunlops the dry grip of the Pirelli's is better. Dunlops stepped out on me on some occasions, Pirelli's did never so far. Wet grip on the Pirelli's is about the same, but braking on the Pirelli's feels a bit more confident.
