The D212 GP Racer features several race proven technologies including:

  • A new Multi-Tread compound designed to improve durability, warm-up time and ultimate grip.
  • The revolutionary NTEC system, which allows pressure tuning for optimum road or track performance
  • The tire also has a newly developed front and rear tire profile to increase agility and rider confidence.

These technologies include learnings from Dunlop’s professional race tire, the GP Pro D212, a tire that Michael Dunlop relied on to take his 2013 Isle of Man TT class lap record of 131.2mph - faster than he achieved on a slick-shod superbike.

This tire replaced the Dunlop GP Racer D211.

Given 81% while driving a Honda 1.6 I DTEC (120/70 R17) on mostly country roads for 800 spirited miles
Very fun tire for supersport bikes as can lean very far,turns if you need it closer in the turn,has feeling of grip not comparable with standard road tires.Expencive but beautifull.
