The Bridgestone Turanza T005 EV finished third of three in the 2026 TopTireReview Tesla Model 3 test, with noise and rolling resistance its more favorable aspects. It was second for noise on both surfaces, at 69.4 dB and 82.1 dB, and second for rolling resistance at 6.2 kg/t. Testers described it as comfortable and relatively quiet, with an emphasis on everyday efficiency, although rolling resistance was still 12.7% higher than the best.
Grip and handling were weaker within this small comparison. Dry braking was third at 40.2 meters, 2% behind the best, while wet braking was third at 35.1 meters, 7.3% behind. Timed handling was also third in both conditions. The testers particularly criticised subjective dry handling and reduced driver confidence, reflected in six points against the better results of the other two tires. Its original-equipment status did not translate into a leading result here: both the other factory-fit tire and the replacement tire finished ahead. With only one test, this is a limited comparison rather than an established pattern across different tests.
