The Bridgestone Turanza Prestige finished 3rd of 6 within the all-season class in Tire Rack’s November 2025 touring comparison in 215/55 R17. Snow was its clearest strength: it had the shortest snow braking distance and fastest snow-handling lap in that class. Wet handling ranked 2nd of 6, 1.6% behind the class best, and wet braking was 3rd, 3.3% behind. The testers praised nicely weighted wet and on-road handling and usable snow traction. These are class comparisons, rather than a placing against the entire mixed-season field.
The same test also found limitations. Dry braking was 5th of 6, 7.8% behind the class best, and ice braking was 5th, 9.8% behind, so the snow strength did not extend uniformly to other braking conditions. Subjective comfort ranked 3rd of 6 and noise 4th, with the testers asking for small improvements in both. They also described an edgy lane-change response that held back the overall assessment. With only one test, the record supports snow braking, snow handling and wet handling as strengths in that class, while leaving consistency across other sizes or conditions unestablished.
