BMW E49 328CI Tire Review Highlights
Exceptional dry weather grip on windy country roads. Good wet grip as far as I was prepared to push it. Cool tread pattern. But they have become very noisy the more they wear. At 15 to 25 mph around town its unpleasant. Passengers think its worn wheel bearings.
Have had two punctures and ended up shredding side wall both times. Now need to replace worn rear tires and am at a loss to what to replace with. Apart from Conti ExtremeContact DWS (which is expensive here in NZ) reviews seem to rate all performance tires with similar noise.
