Performance Analysis

Drawn from 3 tests. Updated October 28, 2026.

The Tristar All Season Power has three Auto Bild braking comparisons, with wet stops consistently below midfield. In the 2019 All Season Tire Performance Overview it was 23rd of 31 for wet braking at 54.1m, 16.8% longer than best. The 2022 market overview recorded 57.6m and 25th of 37, 33% longer than best, while the 2024 overview recorded 63.4m and 22nd of 37, 25.5% longer. These are separate tests in different sizes, so the distances do not show a direct change over time.

Dry braking was relatively stronger in the earlier comparisons: eighth of 31 at 42.9m in 2019 and ninth of 37 at 43.1m in 2022. The 2024 dry result was an unusual reversal of that upper-field pattern, falling to 29th of 37 at 42.8m, 16.3% longer than best. Its overall finishes remained below midfield, including 24th of 37 in 2024. The evidence is limited to dry and wet braking, without snow, handling, aquaplaning, comfort or wear assessments, so it cannot establish a balanced all-season capability.
