Record by discipline
Where the Riken UHP finished in each measured discipline, across every test that measured it against at least two other tires. Field beaten is the share of the other tires it outranked in that measurement.

Performance Analysis
Drawn from 2 tests. Updated October 29, 2026.
The Riken Riken UHP had long wet stopping distances in both Auto Bild summer braking comparisons. In 2025 it finished 45th of 52 overall, with wet braking 46th of 52 at 37.5 m, 36.9% longer than the shortest stop. The 2023 comparison placed it 38th of 50 overall, with wet braking 43rd of 48 at 33.1 m, a 33.5% deficit. The repeated gap of roughly a third to the best makes wet braking the clearest weakness.
Dry braking was less far behind but still below the middle of each field: 31st of 52 in 2025 at 36.9 m, 13.2% longer than the best, and 28th of 48 in 2023 at 36.2 m, a 9% deficit. There is no standout measured strength in these results. Both comparisons cover braking rather than a full handling, comfort or wear assessment, so the weak overall placings should not be used to infer performance in those other areas.
