Dunlop Sportmax Q LITE

Dunlop has launched its latest sports touring tire, Sportmax Q-Lite, which combines hypersport-style performance with a high-mileage tread and improved handling. This mix makes the Sportmax Q-Lite suitable to tackle the demands of daily riding on lightweight bikes, such as the 125cc and 250cc categories.

The tire brings hypersport design and performance to the lightweight sector. Advances in the single radius profile of the Sportmax Q-Lite gives the rider a similar feel at any speed or lean angle. This feature is crucial to giving riders a consistent level of confidence whether riding in the city or navigating a twisty road.

Latest Dunlop Sportmax Q LITE Reviews

Given 73% while driving a Suzuki GS500F (130/70 R17) on a combination of roads for 7,000 spirited miles
Had both them on a Suzuki GS500E, a 110 and a 130 on the back. They're great tires, they provide excellent grip in corners, and wet traction is also confidence inspiring. In terms of feedback, super clear when you are approaching the limit, you get a feel on how the tire is behaving under you, and behaviour over the limit is pretty manageable.

About durability, if you plan doing many highway kilometres, your rear tire is going to get flat fast, front tire still is okay for 11000 KMs, but at the rear is too far gone ride anywhere.

Personally, I would buy it again, very forgiving tire, good grip at all-weather, albeit a short life span. (Keep in mind a GS500E is close to 180Kg wet, so a lighter bike might get a bit more life out of it)
