The BEST High Mileage All Season Tires in 2026 Tested P4 of 5

The Bridgestone Turanza EverDrive finished fourth, and it is the most specialized tire in this test. Its snow performance is in a different league to everything else here, best in test for both braking and traction and by a margin that is closer to a category difference than a product difference, and it was also second in test for straight aquaplaning. The cost is everywhere else. It was last in test for both wet and dry braking, it took the lowest subjective scores in wet and dry handling, and it was the firmest riding tire of the five. It never had the compound grip of the tires ahead of it on wet asphalt, though it was happier than most in deeper standing water. Buy it for the climate, not for the lap time.

Performance Analysis

Drawn from 2 tests. Updated October 29, 2026.

The Bridgestone Turanza EverDrive has a stronger winter record than wet or dry asphalt performance in two touring comparisons. It was fourth of five and recommended in Tire Reviews' 2026 high-mileage all season test, with the best snow braking and snow traction, plus second place for straight aquaplaning. Tire Rack's November 2025 test placed it fifth of six within the all season class, with the best ice braking in that class and third for snow braking and handling. Both sets of testers praised winter ability, although the 2026 snow advantage was larger than its class-relative results in 2025.

Wet and dry stopping distances are the repeated compromise. Both were last of five in 2026, 11.6% and 12.6% behind the best respectively, and fifth of six within the all season class in 2025. Wet handling was fourth of five in 2026 and last in its class in 2025, while the 2026 subjective wet and dry handling scores were lowest. Comfort is less consistent: the firmest ride in 2026 was unusually poor compared with second of six in class at Tire Rack, which praised a pleasant road drive and lively steering but wanted more traction to match. Second-best rolling resistance in 2026 was another positive, but these results favor winter use over outright wet and dry grip.
