Performance Analysis

Drawn from 1 tests. Updated October 28, 2026.

The Atlas Force UHP finished fourth of seven in the 2023 Tire Reviews UHP all-season test, combining low warranty-based cost with good subjective dry behavior and comfort. It led the value calculation at $3.77 per 1,000 miles, despite having a shorter mileage warranty than its rivals. This is a warranty-based estimate, not a measured wear result. Comfort and subjective noise were both second of seven, while subjective dry handling was also second. The timed dry lap was less prominent at fifth, although only 1.5% slower than best, and dry braking was fourth, 2.3% longer than best.

Wet performance was the clear compromise. Braking placed sixth of seven at 51.2 m, 9.6% longer than best, while wet handling was last both against the clock and subjectively. Its wet lap was 6% slower than the leader, and the testers specifically criticised the long stopping distance and limited handling. The dry-road feel and comfort therefore did not carry through to wet conditions. All of these findings come from one test in 275/40 R20, so they establish a useful contrast within that comparison rather than a repeated record across different sizes or years.
