If we compare the review that they hide on ADAC page 2014 summer tire test, it is strange that the same continental premium contact 5 was on 13th place and now we have it on the third

I wonder if continental changed something in new CPC5 or we should consider ADAC misleading
I see that on old test they took in the account cost/threadwear

It's stranger Continental did so badly in 2014 such has been the dominance of that tire, if you look at the "All Tests" tab of the tire page, you'll see why

If you looked closely that test, you would see that they misscalculated final score, CPC5 should be in 2nd place.

When you calculate final score of those two tires (CPC5 nad Dunlop Sport bluResopnse) CPC5 has 2.18 score which is better than bluRespose score of 2.24. (Lower is better)

Looking forward to the next FR or UK tests as well and finally an article about price increases this spring (up to 9% in the US and EU)...

    Excellent article.
But the personally bias comment "The CPC6 might have faired better..." for test of tires size 195/65 R15 is raising just readers hopes being in contrary to Continental's clear statement that the new CPC6 sizes will start from R16 (in the CPC6 launch discussion here a guy complains he can't get even the R16 yet...). So let's stay honest with your readers and their legitimate and practical use expectations here, in this size too.

P.S. Next article should be about the Spring 2017 price adjustings to warn all readers whats coming up...! Up to 9% price increases just as a start of the season...In the UK it might be even more when the pound lost about 20% p.a....

Never say never to new sizes being added, despite what tire companies say, but I agree the sentence gives a little more optimism than deserved so I'll edit the article now!
