Worst ResultPerformance Analysis
Across two 2025 all-weather tire tests, the Nokian Remedy WRG5 lands as a mid-pack performer overall (average overall position 4.5), earning one "Recommended" award. The clearest recurring pattern is a strong resistance to aquaplaning combined with generally acceptable dry and snow capability, but with a notable deficiency in wet stopping power and wet grip/handling relative to class leaders.
In both tests, dry performance trends toward average-to-decent (especially handling feel), and winter performance is mixed: snow results are mostly mid-field with occasional highs in subjective snow handling, while ice performance is a weak point-particularly ice braking-suggesting the tire is better suited to variable wet/snow conditions than to consistently icy environments. Wet braking is the standout weakness and is consistently among the worst results reported for the WRG5.
