255/40 R18 Tire Review Highlights
Writing about the Goodyear Eagle F1 SuperSport rated 86%
while driving a BMW 330i
Dry Handling and Cornering is amazing. Inspires confidence. Fares well in the wet for UUHP tire. Wear is fast on extreme torque usage. Well worth it though!

Writing about the Continental MaxContact MC7 rated 93%
while driving a BMW 330i
Conti MC7 is excellent in wet conditions. In dry conditions, it is very good although it would not be on par with UUHP tires like GY Eagle F1 Supersport. Definitely an upgrade from Michelin Pilot Sport 4 ZP which were the OE tires. Treadwear life is amazing.

Driving on a combination of roads for 20000 average miles
I’ve always fitted Bridgestone and this is the first time trying Westlake ZuperAce z-007. I can hardly tell the difference in any way except the price. I plan to fit Westlake now every time I want new tires.

while driving a BMW 330D Touring
Driving on a combination of roads for 15000 average miles
After 20.000kms the rears are around 4mm tread depth while the fronts are around 6mm, my g21 330d is quite torquey and heavy car so i didnt expect too much in terms of wear, but i still expected atleast 40.000kms considering i dont really push the car too much, i will maybe get another 10-15k on them and overall the tires have been ok, wet grip and stability has been really impressive, altho the tires were used in the summer mostly, a bit dissapointed with the noise considering how soft the sidewalls are, previous tires were bridgestone turanza t6 and those were extremely quiet.
Overall im slightly dissapointed in wear and noise considering these are really expensive premium brand tires that are more touring biased.
Will definately opt for similar tire next time just something that has better noise and wear.

while driving a Mercedes Benz C300
Driving on mostly motorways for 300 spirited miles
Tires have been on a fortnight and 300 mmiles, but car is undriveable at fast speeds and anything over 60mph feels odd and I wouldn't want to have to take evasive action at anything over 50mph, temperatures are under 5 degrees c so it isn't that but it feels like the tirewalls are jelly, they are however quiet and comfy. It hasn't snowed yet to test the snow grip.

Original equipped Pirelli Pzero 4 * on BMW i4, tire performance is very good in the dry, but drops drastically if there is slightly rain. Tire slip when

while driving a BMW 330
Driving on a combination of roads for 8000 spirited miles
Great tire for the rain. Lots of dry grip but steering feel isn't as good as a true summer tire, so that's the price you pay for a more mild tire like this. Not good in the snow or ice at all. I've seen some sources rate these as having decent grip in snowy conditions but that is definitely not my experience: These aren't a substitute for winter tires. Overall a great tire for Vancouver, BC, Canada.

Driving on mostly motorways for 24000 average miles
Got these tires for my g21 330d 18inch size 225 front 255 rear, previous tires were bridgestone turanza 6 all 4 225 and PC7 is definately louder, nothing excessive its just that turanza 6 was really quiet, every other thing performance dry/wet/ braking dry/wet has also improved, especially in the wet.
Not much to say other than im very pleased, but considering these are one of the most expensive tires you can buy, its to be expected.
Cant say much about wear so far they look like new, i've had PC6 in the past on my leon FR and they were bald in 10k miles. UPDATE: Nearly a year later and roughly 24,000kms done on these tires, the rears are down to about 4mm , wet grip has really decreased significantly and the tires are even noisier then they were already when new, i am a bit dissapointed with noise primarily considering its a quiet car and how silent the previous t006 were, gotta say for the price i paid ( 800 euro all 4) i would not buy them again, i predict the rears will need replacing at around 30,000km mark, the fronts are still holding up ok at around 6mm thread depth.

Writing about the Atlas Force UHP rated 52%
while driving a Lexus IS350
Driving on mostly country roads for 16314 average miles
Staggered fitment, only replaced the rear tires on my Lexus IS350, in New Zealand, great value tire, they were only $200NZD each
Not the longest life, one of the tires failed at 6600km non-repairable sidewall failure, replaced with same model
The other tire lived longer at 26255kms before going flat and having sidewall damage, at which point I replaced both (one now with 19150km on it, and the flat one)
They replaced some Japanese Bridgestones that were on it when I bought the car (the car was a Japanese import)... The Atlas Force UHP had a "Squishier" feel (more sidewall flex I suspect) in cornering -- that's the most I could tell.
With Laufenn's S FIT AS-01... review upcoming when those pop.

while driving a Alfa Romeo Giulia 2.2d 190hp
Driving on a combination of roads for 10000 average miles
I bought a set in sizes 225/45/18 and 255/40/18 last year, just after they came out on the market. I was a little skeptical, but I took the risk.

The tires are very good. I would say they are quite similar to the Bridgestone Turanza. They are comfortable, and the handling is very good. Braking and handling on a wet highway during a summer rain are excellent. As for wear, I can't say yet—I only used them last summer for around 10,000 km.

In my opinion, they are an excellent touring tire

Writing about the Michelin Alpin 7 rated 92%
while driving a Audi A6 Avant 3.0 TDI Quattro
Driving on a combination of roads for 10000 average miles
Ok, so I had these tires for 3 months, but I did 10 000 km already. In the city they are fine. But few days ago I was in a heavy snow on a highway, almost all cars drove slowly,, but I decided to test Alpin 7. Left lane, through snow, no problem. Slight undersreer only. Excellent tire, top marks for snow. Ride comfort is fantastic. On dry roads they are a bit softer, but for a winter tire, it is just fine.
